There are a few Permanent Residency Visas that can be applied even if you are above 45 years! Just a few of these are:
If you are over 45 years, you may also apply for permanent residency through Subclass 186 – if you fulfil any of the age exemptions. The age exemption applies to regional medical practitioners, academic and science applicants, high income earners and transitionals 457/482 holders.
