Can I appeal my 19AB Exemption Rejection…?

If you apply for an Exemption from 19ab, and the application gets refused you will receive a letter explaining the reasons for the refusal. At the end of the letter, there will be instructions on how to appeal the decision.  You have 90 days from the date your application was rejected to request a review.

Submit an appeal to 19ac@health.gov.au addressing the reasons for the refusal and supply additional supporting evidence if needed.
