AHPRA  

Hobart Office Closure – 

AHPRA in Hobart TAS will be closed today (11/02/2019), due to the today Hobart Regatta public holiday. The office will be open again from 9am on Tuesday 12/02/2019.

Helpful Tips for Using Medicare Easyclaim  

Medicare have a few helpful tips for Medicare Easyclaim, you’ll also be able to find a list of items not accepted through Medicare Easyclaim via online. Registering for PRODA – 

If you are eligible to access PRODA, you can register online using the following link via Medicare – https://www.humanservices.gov.au/organisations/health-professionals/services/medicare/medicare-easyclaim  

 

 

Practitioner Review Program – 

The Department of Human Services routinely monitor Medicare claims of all GPs and OMPs to identify those who are approaching or have exceeded the 80/20 level of servicing. If you exceed this level of services, you’ll be reviewed under the Practitioner Review Program (PRP).
